Community input meetings Beginning next week I will begin holding several informal community input meetings as we continue to look at the present status of our schools and where we want to go in the future. I believe wholeheartedly that Corunna offers the best opportunities, educational environment, and family atmosphere where your child can excel. I also personally hold true to the concept of C.A.N.I. (Constant And Never-ending Improvement).
The overall purpose of the meetings is to make sure we are living up to that C.A.N.I. belief by providing information on several items and to solicit questions/feedback that will help with future planning. Some of the topics on which we are seeking feedback include the following: 1) Building/grade configurations; 2) year-round school possibilities; 3) late start/early release; 4) start times; 5) schedule; 6) the number of school days/length of days.
Here is a list of the meeting dates (you may attend any of the meetings that best fit into your schedule - if school is canceled because of a snow day, that day’s meeting(s) will also be canceled):
