Corunna High School would like to welcome Chris Mustaine as the new Varsity Boys Basketball Coach and high school PE teacher! Chris is originally from Bradenton, Florida and currently a middle school principal at Bradenton Christian Schools. He brings over 20 years of coaching, teaching, and administrative experience with him. He has coached all levels of basketball with his most recent head coaching stint at Lansing Christian High School as the Varsity Boys coach from 2016 - 2022. During his time there he led the Pilgrims to several successful seasons and even made an appearance at the Breslin Center in 2017 in the Division 4 semi-finals! We are super excited to have Chris onboard and look forward to him leading our boys basketball program!!
Coach Mustaine will be at Corunna High School on Thursday June 6th, 2024. There will be an informational meet & greet meeting for players and parents at 5:30pm on June 6th in the HS gym. Please make plans to attend. Chris will cover the summer schedule and other basketball related topics. After the meeting, there will be a short open-gym for players to stay to get some shots up.
